  QRI offers a diverse range of commercial inspection services to an equally diverse professional clientele. The principal of QRI, Mr. Gary Gentry, possesses a uniquely qualifying background of experience for conducting assessments and analyses of facilities and properties to include components and systems both within and surrounding the building envelope. Types of structures and/or facilities might include low/medium rise office buildings, apartment complexes, condominium complexes, hotel/motel/hospitality facilities, office/warehouse buildings, shopping centers, light industrial centers, automobile dealership complexes, and aviation/hangar facilities.

  Our services are primarily intended to assist those professional individuals or organizations involved in the acquisition, sale, construction, repair, or renovation of commercial facilities. We offer our commercial services to architects, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT's), hotel/motel owners, community associations, investors, lenders, insurance companies, property managers, and attorneys.
