Raleigh Home Inspector Suggests Some Music…And Helping Our Local Tornado Victims

With the devastation that occurred in our local area last April 16, there are many families that are in need of assistance. Quality Residential Inspections and the Raleigh Home Inspector have donated generously to various associated efforts and we encourage you to do so as well. The best assistance that can be had is that which comes from local people that care.

The Raleigh Home Inspector and Quality Residential Inspections Recommend This Truly Worthwhile Event

On Friday June 03, 2011, The City of Raleigh, NC will host Rise Up Raleigh…a benefit concert to benefit those affected by the recent storms that affected the lives of so many local people. From 5:00PM till 11:00PM on June 03 there will be 11 bands playing their music with 100% of all donations going to non-profit organizations. The event will be held at the downtown Raleigh Amphitheater.

Some of the non-profit organizations that could use a little help in helping others are The Salvation Army of Wake County, The Inter-Faith Food Shuttle,Centro International de Raleigh, and the Helping Hands Mission. The United Way of The Greater Triangle is processing all donations and is not charging any administrative fee to do so….

And a heartfelt Thank You to all of those that have donated and to those volunteers that make it all possible.

“Hi Gary!

Thank You so much for doing the inspection & forwarding me the report. The report is so detailed and easy to follow. As a first-time homebuyer, I really appreciate you taking the time to thoroughly answer the questions I has in so much detail. Since a home inspection is such an important aspect in the buying process, I felt like it was imperative for me to choose someone with high credentials and you definitely brought your experience to the table. I will highly recommend you to my friends, family, and anyone else I run across who’s in need of a home inspection.”

Drain pipe leakage discovered during a NC Home Inspection

Leakage from plumbing drain/waste/vent (DWV) piping, such as this, is something that is commonly discovered during a Home Inspection……this leak was not particularly severe, but had been occurring for some time and was contributing to an excessively wet crawl space. It’s best to know about these types of leaks and have them repaired by a plumber before they can become more serious.DWV pipe leak discovered during a Raleigh Home Inspection
