Wanna get out and be healthy while supporting a terrific event…..Then the 16th Annual Run For Life fits the bill perfectly. This yeas event is being held Saturday August 28, 2010 at the Wake Med Soccer Park (formerly SAS Soccer Park) in Cary, NC. Events kick off at 8:00 AM and include a 5K race and a 1 mile run for the kids.

The Run for Life event was established in 1994 in Raleigh, NC by Mary Angelini to help pro-life organizations raise additional funds for operation and to raise public awareness of the sanctity of life and the many pro-life organizations that are available to assist women faced with an unplanned pregnancy. Help comes in many forms— pre-natal care, life skills training, budgeting, job placement, — and can continue long after the baby is born.
